- Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies
- The AI does not represent any specific religious denomination or institution
- Users should consult qualified professionals for serious holistic, mental health, or legal matters
2. Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Eora. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.
You must also:
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- Provide accurate information when creating an account or subscribing
3. Nature of the Service

What Eora Does NOT Provide

- Guaranteed availability or uptime
4. Free and Paid Services
Free Tier
Eora offers a free tier that allows you to experience the service before subscribing. The free tier includes:
Free Daily Allowance:
- 5 minutes of voice conversation per day
- 3 sessions (separate conversations) per day
- Limits reset daily at midnight (UTC)
Once you reach your daily limit, you will be prompted to subscribe to continue. The free tier is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to:
- Change the amount of free minutes or sessions offered
- Implement additional restrictions to prevent abuse
- Require account creation for free tier access
- Discontinue the free tier entirely with reasonable notice

5. Billing and Payments
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.
Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually)
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You will be charged at the then-current rate at each renewal
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
Refunds
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at support@eora.online within 7 days of purchase if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
6. User Conduct
When using Eora, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to harm, harass, or abuse others through the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
7. Crisis Protocol
Safety First
Eora includes automated crisis detection. If our system detects indicators of self-harm, suicide, violence, or other life-threatening situations, the Service may:
- Immediately provide crisis resources and emergency contact information
- Redirect you to appropriate emergency services
- Retain conversation data for safety purposes
- Cooperate with law enforcement if legally required
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services immediately (911 in the US) or your local crisis hotline.
8. Intellectual Property
The Eora service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by US3 GROUP LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service
- The "Eora" name and logo are trademarks of Eora
- AI-generated responses during your conversations are provided for your personal use only
9. Third-Party Services & Service Availability
Eora relies on third-party services to operate:
- ElevenLabs - Voice processing and synthesis
- OpenAI - AI conversation capabilities
- Stripe - Payment processing
Your use of Eora is also subject to these providers' terms and conditions.
Service Outages & Third-Party Downtime
Because Eora depends on third-party services, the availability of our Service is directly affected by these providers. You acknowledge and agree that:
- We cannot guarantee 100% uptime. If ElevenLabs, OpenAI, or other critical services experience outages, Eora may be temporarily unavailable or have reduced functionality.
- We are not liable for third-party outages. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures caused by our service providers.
- No refunds for outages. Subscription fees are not refundable due to temporary service interruptions caused by third-party providers, unless the outage is prolonged (more than 7 consecutive days).
- No compensation for lost free minutes. If the service is unavailable during your free tier usage period, those minutes or sessions are not recoverable or extended.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant outages and restore service as quickly as possible.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
Specifically, we disclaim:
- Any warranty that the AI responses will be accurate, appropriate, or helpful
- Any responsibility for decisions you make based on conversations with Eora
- Any liability for emotional distress arising from use of the Service
- Any guarantee of specific holistic outcomes or experiences
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Eora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any harm resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eora, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

15. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Artificial Intelligence Disclosure: All conversational responses in Eora are generated by artificial intelligence systems (including OpenAI's language models). You acknowledge that:
- AI is not infallible. Responses may contain factual errors, misinterpretations, or content that does not align with official religious doctrine of any denomination.
- AI cannot replace human connection. For serious holistic, emotional, or mental health needs, please seek guidance from qualified human professionals (clergy, counselors, therapists).
- AI does not have consciousness or divine connection. Eora simulates holistic conversation but does not possess actual holistic insight or divine authority.
- Responses vary. The same question may produce different answers at different times due to the nature of AI language models.
By using Eora, you accept these limitations and agree not to rely solely on AI-generated content for important life decisions.
